Essential oils are pure, volatile aromatic compounds located in the bark, stems, leaves, seeds, flowers, and other parts of the plants that contain hundreds of complex compounds, providing powerful physiological benefits for the body. Effective and safe to use, essential oils work WITH the body to address the root cause issues on a cellular level.

Wisdom from Mother Nature

Each bottle of pure essential oil contains trillions of volatile compounds of natural plant chemistry. Their volatility means they disperse in the air and into our olfactory system through our sense of smell. They travel effortlessly into our bloodstream through both inhalation and topical application and they reach every cell in our body within minutes.

The use of essential oils and the art of plant medicine has been practiced for thousands of years, and they bring a myriad of benefits to our physical, emotional, energetic & spiritual wellbeing.

To keep things simple we can consider 3 key categories for the oils

  • Uplifting Oils

    These oils are known to boost mood and energy levels. Often helpful with low energy that so often accompanies hormonal imbalance.

    Uplifting oils give our glands the boost they sometimes need to work more effectively. Mint, Citrus and most Floral oils fall into this category.

  • Balancing Oils

    Tend to regulate hormones and brain messengers known as neurotransmitters. If you feel overwhelmed and need physical and emotional balancing, lean into balancing oils such as Clary Sage, Frankincense, Geranium, Balance & Adaptiv Blend.

  • Calming Oils

    These relax the nervous system, some even offer us a sedative impact that can improve sleep quality. Thee are oils such as Vetiver, Lavender, Cedarwood, Sandalwood.

    Calming oils support chronic conditions of insomnia, anxiety, stress and sleep disorders.
